Editor's Kitchen
Have you noticed how special occasions in life center around food and drink? From birthdays to anniversaries to holidays, we celebrate with some kind of gastronomical delight. No matter what the occasion, we’re always "in the mood" for food. And, now that we’re in the mood, how about food surrounded by lots of spring time love?
Our cover story on weddings brings us to the center of love and to one of the happiest events two people can share. From a simple at-home wedding to a black-tie affair in a grand ballroom, the food served makes the event extra special. Of course, everyone always looks forward to the sweetest part of the celebration, the wedding cake.
Another area where love is sown is in the herb garden. I’ve never known a gardener who didn’t thoroughly enjoy the growing and using of herbs in both cooking and decorating. And yes, there is something magical about herbs!
Being that we had plenty of "thyme" on our hands, we took the opportunity to sprinkle it all over the fish we’ve reeled in for our Main Course. From family time spent cooking with kids to organizing the kitchen, this is an issue of love from us to you. ~Diana
